We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Since we offer handmade products and each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns. Exchanges are allowed under the conditions outlined below.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom orders cannot be exchanged.

For the quickest service, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
